The growing population of parenting LGBTQ parents challenges clinicians to consider more broadly the systemic aspects healthy LGBTQ family functioning. This seminar will address the impact of legal concerns and shortcomings, strategies for community integration of LGBTQ parents and their children, and the formation of alternative support structures that foster interpersonal strength and resilience.
